Had to twist, push, and fabricate a little to make it fit, but it's in. Now it's Gears of War time.

So just bought my new tires. Decided to go to a 285/75/16 and with the duratracs again. With the "Godzilla el Nino" winter we are suppose to receive up here this year and how well they did actually treat me with the last 45-50k miles I think they were the best choice without going to 280 a tire price. Plus I still have 3 good tires I can use as spares for a matching set.

Good man! Other than the side walls being very thin, this is a great tire and love my Dura-Tracs ALMOST as much as I Love You Sweetie ! ! !

So this looks a little goofy now. Anybody know if you can buy HIDs for KCs? I probably should just get a light bar but I like to be a little different and KCs are like a nostalgic thing for me. Dad use to have KCs so I kinda wanna keep them.

The HIDs in my fogs from @StOrMyThEtAcO dont fit so I just super wedged them in taught and then a couple drops of super glue and some silicone to seal them up. Works great. I imagine I'd have to do something similar for the KCs

Guys I'm so upset with my truck it does not drive right on the highway :pout:i just drove from flag to SoCal an I was uncomfortable 80% of the trip cause it felt like my front end was going to fall off

(When I had a 2 wheel drive ranger I blew a front bearing and that's what it almost feels like.)

It shakes like something up front is loose.
    I balanced wheels
    No fix
I'm lost and don't know where to go next.

Also the stupid seat shake bullshit

    And for my 6speed buddies
Does your stick bounce around while cruzing on the highway like 70-75?

90% of my driving being rain snow mud street dirt. I never had a problem with sidewalls. Only time Is when I aired down to 13 psi at the dragoons trip and pulled people in the bed and cab then wheeled on some rock I punctured one.And I only do that rock maybe once a year

Did you ever check your rear axle u-bolts? My seat shake was because my rear end was loose. I torqued down the ubolts and it helped out a lot.
