    Too few to list.
I think the only thing that needs to be done here is to part it out. Dibs on the armor!

In my mind they would have to fix every single scratch that the accident inflicted. If that includes even a scratch to the frame then so be it. If you're not satisfied with their offer, then lawyer up.

What's up with auto mechanics and lug nuts? It's like when DT put the wrong lugs on my Taco, but I got it resolved. Did the damage reach the door panel or just the fender/rocker?

Ouch... Guessing this may have been a new or unexperienced technician. I work in the service department at a Toyota dealership and can vouch for technicians rarely making such mistakes, especially mistakes as severe as not tightening lug nuts. I've never seen it happen. Whenever things are left loose it's likely a new technician. More experienced guys have their routine and do it the same way every time to prevent things like this getting missed. Hope that dealer takes care of you, seems like they are

They said he was one of their best. The problem I think came when he was told to rotate the tires back since they had already been done, may have thrown off his routine. Yes so far they seem to be doing the right thing.

Man, my sympathy. That's a nice ride to have f*^%ed up.

+1 to everyone suggesting that you lawyer up. Even the statement, "Here's the number for my lawyer. You'll have to communicate directly with him for everything concerning this mishap.", will fill them with fear.

Yup. That's where I'd be starting, anyway. I'd be livid, but no reason to be a jerk about it. Just state in no uncertain terms what will make it right.

    Oh man, that sucks.

That's why so many places make sure a manager checks each lug before it makes it out the bay.

You should make that recommendation to these guys.

Check FITMENT EVERYWHERE! Most likely when you f-up panels and stuff they won't fit perfectly anymore. Get under there with a flashlight and mirror to look at all the chassis and suspension components.
If there is something you don't like, lawyer up. Remember, they are in the wrong, and must now be acceptable to you. Maybe you can get extra warranty for your entire truck out of the deal too.
