    The dealer where I live is doing the same...They keep getting their back orders randomly filled, then auction them off to the highest bidder. I actually called Toyota corporate to express my feelings about the price gauging, Toyota said there's nothing they can do, since the dealers are not owned my Toyota, they're basically franchised and can do whatever they want...

    Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.
    I called them because my brand new pro had sag ass.

    Told them the springs were shit.

    literally could not move my empty trailer.

    They said the problem was I didn't have a weight distribution hitch. My trailer weighs 2100 lbs with ramps, winch and toolbox if its otherwise empty.

    Argued that was under the 3500 they rate for wdh.. Didn't work.

    Argued the 300 lbs tongue weight was less than half of the rated payload. Didn't work.

    Of the 3 times I have dealt with them they really seem clueless, and don't want to do shit.

    All I wanted was tsb springs or something.

    I think when a product cycle ends, the manufacturer has to keep replacement parts available for 10 years...

    Last year Cabe quoted me $600 for install but then again the TRD SC last year was $3600 including the fit kit shipped and no tax for my 13'. I should've gotten it last year though :pout:

    Oh well I'll just buy a 6spd GTO and boost it instead. Nothing like having 500+ whp smog legal on tap :thumbsup: And buying rear tires every few months :laugh:

    They will not sell at that price. Give it a few months and when they realize they are sitting on 24k(based of $3k dealer price) in unsold inventory they will start dropping the price.

    Dealer price before the craziness was more like 5k etc after taxes. Dallas Toyota was $4300 with fit kit. Dunno where you get the 3K from.

    LOL...well, still stoked I didn't get too worked over. I could have saved maybe $200 if bought back in June, but at the time I didn't have the truck yet.

    True but a year ago the TRD SC + fit kit was $3600 shipped and no taxes on ebay from Toyota dealers around the country.
