    Hi Folks,

Just got a new '15 Tacoma TRD Sport yesterday, switched over from a BMW 335i so I'm learning as much as I can :)

Ordering SCS Stealth 6 wheels in matte gunmetal and wrapping those in 285/70/17s.

About to order the Toytec Boss kit with the 10% sale this weekend. Truck is white, can't decide on spring color yet. Popular vote right now is red.

I sent Insane Fabrication a message about scheduling an install. Any body have some back up installers for the lift kit in Denver or Englewood?

Thanks in advance and have a great weekend.

    Thanks Josh.

What do you all think of just replacing the springs and leafs for a 3 inch lift since the suspension is brand new? I could then save some money and go with an Icon Stage 1 kit later.

Bilstein 5100's w/ Eibach coil overs in front (set at 3" of lift). Front diff drop kit. Extended Bilstein 5100's in the rear. Deaver 2" AAL in rear w/ axle shims. 285 x 75 r 16 Goodyear Duratracks. Wheelers steelies type B, AFE cold air intake. Sway bar delete. All Pro Apex front bumper (rattle canned Rustoleum primer + flat black). Plasti-dipped emblems. Mud flaps removed.
All Red. Not sure I understand the above question. ICON Stage one isn't that much more expensive over the price of the boss kit, If your plan was to buy the boss kit and then go ICON later, I would just save and go ICON to begin with.

I was considering just adding springs and leafs to the stock set up for now so my tires would fit.

From what I understand the Icon is not a complete kit and you end up over $2k in the end.

How long we talking until you would be able to shell out for the ICON parts?

Oh I think its justifiable to put on just springs and leaves for now then, but keep in mind that depending on your leaf pack lift height, you may need to buy extended rear shocks as well.

What did they charge you for that Rebecca?

Edit: Never mind on the Bilstein kit, shocks are too close to what I have. I think I'll see what Toytec has for springs and leafs tomorrow.

    Got the Boss kit today.

Anybody have a recommendation for a big tire that's decent in the snow? If I have to get two sets than so be it but is there a 285/70/17 that works for snow?

Truck is done! Looks amazing, pictures to come. Any good beginner trails that you folks would recommend that are not too far out of the city (around an hour or so)? Looking for something that would end up at a lake, river or peak. First pics should be somewhere cool.
