About 12-14" across at the top and 24" to 30" tall weird construction looks part paper and part Leyland cypress which is the tree it is in the branch is approx 2 1/2". They are Asian Hornets if I am correct body is 1/4" to 5/16" at widest point and 1 " to 1 1/4" long though it is hard to tell since they are a bit desiccated after being Raided / Black Flag . I will warn you neither knock them down instantly .. I did not get stung but I do imagine the weird dance with a raid can looked funny . Especially since I am not blessed with the ability to dance lol but I can pull off a pretty good imitation of someone having a seizure ...

It looks like the stuff you would see with a standard paperwasp nest won't know till it is totally dead going to take the limb down . I am now at 14 cans of Raid just hit it this morning again but none came out. Though last night after 13 Cans there were a few in there that came out. If you look close it has multiple entrances and exits yeah that was fun I was dual wielding raid cans lol at the beginning.
