If you can... in their infinite wisdom, Nissan made the center two vents in the frontier fixed open... and angled them towards each person. One of my biggest grips with that truck...

Exactly, just another reason I hate that truck. Plus the whole radiator leaks into the transmission cooler. That by the way isn't actually to cool it, it is to warm the oil in cold weather.

It's going to get where people can't afford a truck. On average a Toyota truck goes up 600$ a year depending on how many units are sold. We build 535 Camrys in 8 hrs. Than 2 nd shift does the same they average less on the Camrys because it's a unibody frame when updated its has same parts except the sheet metal is different look. It's the same as the Tacoma they say what you want to hear that's it.

It's best if you want 6 mnts especially while they are working 6 days a week trust Me quality goes out the door on Saturdays. And even Monday's but Saturday people not to happy about building a vehicle.Look at the build date on lower rocker/ pillow. Than see what day of the week it was built on.

I don't have the money now anyway. Plus I really want to be able to test drive one first.

Yea never buy a truck without test driving it first I can't believe people are ordering them. If you order one to you don't get the value package discount which is average 450$ off.

I work for GM. If I wanted a full size, and the 50K price tag I would buy a Sierra. I have no need for a full size, and the tacoma is in my budget for a new fully loaded truck

Yes I do. My current car has heated seats and dual zone HVAC, I wont buy another without. If you don't need it, don't buy it. That's why its and OPTION

I know the risk of first year, first run vehicles, like I said I work for GM. I also know how lemon laws and buy backs work. If I get a POS, they'll buy it back and I'll get another

Don't want a Tundra or another FS right now. Don't like the twins or the Nissan.

Nothing. TW represents zilch from overall buying population. This truck is going to keep right on selling. We are not relevant to the buying population from a statistical POV.

Ordered but I get to do a test drive and if I don't like it I walk away. What $450 discount on what '16 package are you talking about? I'm paying invoice which is more than $450 off of MSRP - try almost $2400 less. If I don't like it the dealer will sell this truck in a NY second and probably at MSRP.

Since when does ordering a vehicle mean you can't test drive one.

I love it. Good for you. Most of us do not and do not have access to that discount you state in the other post so it's not relevant. If I had access

    Who cares? I don't want a FS.

As previously stated - good for you take advantage of your available employees only discounts.

See above. [edit: I assume you mean to quote 'Good Will Hunting' - "how about them apples"]

Who cares what a sticker says? Who the hell here is going to negotiate from sticker downward? Hopefully no one b/c even on these new taco's you don't have to as is well proven in this and a dozen other threads.

I see you are new here. Read around a bit before mouthing off.
