    LOL Noise is nice if it sounds good. My boss put a S/C on his 2014 Tundra with the 5.7L. That's a MAJOR upgrade. His truck pushes over 500HP and is under warranty. And it's a rocket ship. He got it for heavy hauling though - not to smoke Mustangs or something silly like that.

    Hahaha yeah they are beasts, but I bought my truck and bought the supercharger the same day. I knew what I was getting into and had been dreaming it for a couple years. it's not the fastest thing out there or the most powerful, but it surprises many stoplight racers in my town.

    Sadly when I tow my boat, about 5,000lbs , I get 8.5 mpg now :(

    Well i dont have the cash right now. So id have to finance it before they get officially discontinued.

    The 6th gear is surprisingly not boring! Don't have to downshift to overtake.

    I don't plan on keeping the truck longer than the 5 year warranty anyway...

    I dont know if we were reading the same thing, but it doesnt make any difference what filter you put in our trucks. The stock intake with the paper filter will ouflow the volumetric capacity of the N/A engine. A higher flow filter will only do two things. Cost you money and let more crap into the engine.

    See thats the problem, it is literally zero power. Zilch, zippo, nada, nothing. It literally is you wasting $60 and making the potentiality of damage to your engine more possible. If you want to waste money on something divy up that $60 and sent it to a random forum member or two as a present. Then go get yourself a k&n window sticker, and you will be making just as much power and everyone is happy.

    Sorry if im coming off as a jerk, but the reason this forum exists is to pass along knowledge and information.
