I can't camp out on Sat the 19th, but could maybe do it as a day trip. Slick Rock is pretty and fun and I wouldn't mind repeating so soon. If you start a thread, put me as a maybe for a one-day "up and back."

I went back up there with the family Saturday through Monday and it was awesome. The trail was busy though. We hit up the lake and bear valley as well. This is one of my new favorite spots

    Wow some really good pics!
I'm heading up the last weekend in Sept with a few trucks. Sept 26-28th, is there any camping on the trail near water?
Is Deer Creek open? We used to run it a several years ago but I thought it was closed still.

Pretty sure you can get it from dorrington on boards crossing road. I don't think you can cross the creek due to some blue bellied toad that Breeds once every 10,000 years.

I really like your skid. Do you have plans or something for it you wouldn't mind passing on? A local shop up here said he'd make me one for freezies, but I need some sort of plan to go on.

    Thanks.

The closest thing to a plan is my cardboard cutout. Though it doesn't have many details... Even though It bolts right to the frame using the tow hook points, it's kind of meant to mate with the bumper. So not sure how it would work with other equipment. But If you send me a picture of your set up, I might be able to whip up a plan suited for yours.
