I have to ask because I have not found the info anywhere I look. I want to lift my truck but keep the ride quality I have right now. Are these only for giving better quality for off roading or do they lift the truck any?
When I go to the DS website, the ordering options are for "stock" or "Lifted" applications. I'm stock right now but want to be lifted. So should I go for the "lifted" application?
As I said, I'm looking for a good ride at an increased ride height. I don't plan on doing much if any off roading. I just want clearance during bad weather to ensure I make it to work. And of coarse it looks better . With me not planing on going off road, are these overkill? :pout:

Just a TW guy here, but this is my experience: Really GOOD coilovers if set up to still allow decent uptravel will be very good on the street. If this is your intent just tell DSM this up front and they will hook you up.

I would say these are overkill but to answer your questions:

The coilovers are adjustable up to 3" but I don't know the lower limit.

They ride very good, much better than stock.

They are progressive vs digressive so you might have more body role. For onroad use, some people recomend the digressive shocks as they tend to control body role better but also tend to ride harsher (bilstein shocks and icons coilovers are digressive).

My advice, you have a 4x4 and will eventually get bit by the offroad bug if you keep hanging around this crowd. Get the Kings.

So far we've got 6 people who have told me to put their name on the list. Only 4 more are needed at this point.

Killer timing! Can I get pricing on both of these? Waiting on a call back from Solo to install their rear shock hoop. Once I get that done and my springs on next week, I should be able to tell if a 2.5" will fit, or stick with a 2.0.

Can anyone give some info on the adjustable option. I understand what it does but how well does it work. Would this be a good option for a daily driver, but then weekend off-road?

Not really needed. I have it on my rears and I can't feel the difference between all the way up and all the way down. IIRC, it has a shim stack in the reservoir and the clicker adjusts a valve that bypasses it? So all the way closed, the oil has to go through the second shim stack, increasing compression resistance. All the way open, the oil can by-pass it, reducing the resistance.

    Wasn't worth the money IMO.
