i live in the area and am so pissed off this is happening. am scared my truck with could be next! any advice on lug nut locks?

so ive saw 4 tacomas in that 1-2 mile radius all 4 wheels missing and on bricks. A facebook user on Hawaii Stolen page said 2 of the trucks are not stolen wheels. just owners switching out rims but i cant believe that being true for a second. Why would you leave your truck on bricks instead of jackstands

They might not ever show up on craiglist. Probably got stolen for a person that was looking to buy that specifically. Like: "Hey bro, I'm looking for some sport rims" Theif friend: "I'll get you a set for 200 bucks".

get some clowns on hawaii stolen stuff fb page. its even more funny cause some of those anti people…you can find all the info on them. and then shit talkers, find their info too.

those wheels are long gone, never gonna find em unless someone rats em out…but what are the victims gonna do, just tell the police? gotta take action.
these fakkas are professionals, not the first time they ripped something. these sly fakkas have it planned and are carrying around blocks of wood and the tools. what makes it harder is they have to carry 4-8 tires. guarantee they know someone in the area..be it their gfs, their parents or somewhere that they cruise at often.

if you guys dont own a engraver, get one. I dont care if I messed up valuable jdm parts or expensive(to me) rims…but when it goes missing and comes around, ive got solid info and justification as to why ill do what I do to get them back or get revenge.

well whats the chances that that guy has a few sets of sports? And hes a reseller…I would think thieves would want top dollar for what they sell and that other guy needs to turn his profit.

i mean, like cmon, they were probably sold before they were stolen…or waiting for someone with aftermarket rims to post "wtt for trd sports" or theyre just running them anyway.

i have friends who work Hawaiian airlines. Plenty rims/tires/car parts come thru them. There was guys in hilo who were ripping cars and shipping the parts to kauai and oahu. But I bet those trd sports are floating around already on someone elses truck.

True not saying this guy has anything to do with the thief or is a chop shop but I bet the chronics would try to sell them to this guy if they could and they probably will try sell for top dollar but when they can't I bet they would sell it to anyone and any amount just so they don't get caught. Sad I hope these guys get caught soon but just like Hondas it will never stop I think
