Nah dude you're good. At least you're here to inform people. I'd be the same way if i was trying to tell someone the truth. So do you think getting an exhaust would be worth it for the sound? I want something that is deep and throaty (i know its a v6 lol) but do you have any thoughts?

Well others may have better information on that front. I went boosted before i did any other work. If you are going for sound our trucks kinda suck at it. I think there are many ways you could go if you are looking for the right sound. Some actually prefer an aftermarket intake and some prefer a carback. Either one will make more noise, but its kinda hard to pin down what you like the best. There are several owners on here that have gone through exhaust after exhaust after exhaust to fine the one they like.

Is it worth it? Depends on who you are, i like the extra noise , but obviously the money you soend on that would be best served in you 401k.....so its kinda a loaded question.

So far listening to stuff on youtube have prooven valuable. lots of options and combinations to listen to.

Does your odometer read 780 miles? If so, that's not the proper break in procedure for the motor. Lol

Truthfully the stock sound i have right now is okay. I just wish i could make it deeper. But all the mufflers/exhaust systems that i listend to have that annoying small V6 sound. Especially the Magnaflow and the Flowmaster DBX. The 44 imo sounds the best. But who knows there might be more.
Thats what i was talking about. At least amplify the intake noise with the K&N intake system (not the filter, i have one from my old truck).
