No. I don't want to go through the process of breaking in boots just to arrive to boot camp and need to break in another pair.

I went through a few weeks where I didn't really have a rest day. Body felt fine and didn't feel like I needed a rest, so I just hit it hard. Legs, chest/tris, back/bis, shoulders, repeat. Gives plenty of time for the muscles to repair. I typically have 1 rest day a week, but I spend that day playing 3 hours of volleyball.

When I first started lifting in 2011 I was hitting it 7 days a week, some of those days I was doing 2-a-days too but I would have 2-3 days between repeating muscle groups like Derick said.

Now I go 6 days a week with Sunday being my 'rest day' but I do play flag football Sunday mornings, so not really 'resting'.

Bunch of gym rats here.... I love it. I go 5-6 times a week (arm day everyday, leg day on holidays) then I deload when my body tells me I need it.

I've never liked going more than 4-5 days a week. Right now, I'm still trying to get my scheduling right so that I can get back in 4 days a week

Hiked roughly 24 miles through rough terrain looking for elk. Called one in but couldn't get a shot. I had close to 50lbs of gear with me for half of it and dropped to 30 for the other half. My cardio is what limited me even though towards the end my legs started to suck. Can't wait for this weekend! Gonna pack in farther and hunt harder!

Well, I'm leaving for my bachelor party tomorrow around 1 and I've had school last night and tonight, so there's been no gym time for me at all this week. I'm gonna go in the morning and do a full-body workout before we leave. When I get back, I'm going to try to switch to a 3 day routine, since my schedule is so busy now. My 3 ideas are:

    1. push/pull/legs
    2. upper/lower/upper one week and lower/upper/lower the next week
    3. chest & tris, back & bi's, legs and shoulders

I really wanna incorporate it to where I can hit everything twice a week. Hopefully after all this wedding dust settles, I can still manage to make it in 4 days a week
