Yep, goofy editing but as others have said it build on or replaces. They would be left with a short list if they didnt do that. What they should have done is add the OR changes to the SR5 not mix and match. Oh well. Look at the docs in this thread in the first post. They list it all out but there are even typos in those as well.

So I decided last night that I was gonna outsmart the system. BOY WAS I WRONG. Went to a different dealer to put a deposit down on a different model thinking I will just decide which one and get my deposit back from the other dealer. I thought my first experience was bad... I meet this guy, he seems less enthused to talk to me than to get kicked in the nuts which I really wanted to do for him. I tell him I am looking for a blue TRD OR. He goes to check the inventory of what's coming in. Comes back and he says, I got just what you are looking for. Sweet... He says, I have a white TRD Sport. I look at my wife and ask her if I ever mentioned white? So things are going down hill fast, he is telling me I can just buy the truck now like he could care less if that's what I want to do. I am looking at this guy dumbfounded... Not sure how he even manages to put his pants on in the morning. I say, that's not what I want and I'm not gonna buy a truck without even seeing it first. Then he says, why do you want the 16, its the same as the 15. I said give me a call when you get a 2016 and left. I did glean one piece of info from him, one of the 16s that is coming to this dealer was built on 8/17 so that should be arriving pretty soon I would think. Everyone keeps saying 3-4 weeks after it is built (I live in South Eastern PA.) Unless they are holding them for an initial shipment. We get in the car and my wife says, we have never had a good experience at a Toyota dealer. It's true, I bought 2 new Tacomas and an FJ and all left me feeling like I needed a shower. From now on I'm deal with these clowns on the internet. I am wondering if there are any ORs coming to my area in the first few allocations. Anyone have any promise of an OR coming to the greater Philly area?

I agree, every Toyota dealer sales dept in Jersey was terrible, though I despise GM for a lot of reasons, when I bought my Silverado their sales team was super friendly and knowledgeable, I ended up going to PA and working with a great guy over the phone/email for my current Tacoma, have you tried Laurel Toyota? Ask for Scott.

God I do the same thing and they always FAIL. I can never freakin' believe how much car salesmen don't know about vehicles.

Scotty B. is the man! +1 for Laurel Toyota in Johnstown. They actually know what they are talking about with these things. Every other dealer in the area has no clue when they're getting one

I look at their trucks all the time on eBay. I was going to email Scott about a 2016. Good to see someone endorse them here.

Hmmm...curious to know what the 'Leather Trimmed' seats means in the Limited? Is that not....all leather?
No homelink on the Sport. I wonder if the wiring exists....(like it often does). I'd force the sales guy to throw in a Limited Mirror as part of the deal!! LOL

I can't believe that Americans don't get the Homelink except for the Limited. I am getting the TRD Sport in Canada and its included.

I'm thinking it's leatherette, that is fake leather.

I've seen some vehicles advertised as leather seats but in reality you get leatherette. I would think there would be consumer protection laws against this......

    sundogbrew,
That is the sole reason why I have only dealt with Fleet/Internet sales my last few purchases. Nothing says you have to contact them through the internet. I went to 2 different dealerships Fleet Sales dept and gave them the model# I wanted and they looked it up and gave me my answers. I am currently dealing with the Fleet Sales Manager at one dealership. Most of the Sales guys out front don't mess with me when I ride up on my Harley and give them that "Don't F$%^ with me" stare. I remember going to the Jeep Dealer and asked a salesman for a brochure on Wranglers. Went back a few days later to order the Wife's Jeep through Fleet Sales and the Salesman said it was his deal since he gave me the brochure. I told him to F$%^ OFF!

So any Joe can order a truck through fleet sales? You don't have to purchase through a company or have to purchase more than one vehicle?

Yes, anyone can! This will be my 4th vehicle through Fleet/Internet Sales. 1 was an internet inquiry(my 05 Taco) and the other 2 was a walk in straight to the Fleet Sales. I walked in to Fleet sales at 2 different dealerships to look for this new truck.

Yup, walk up to the receptionist and request to speak to Fleet Sales. They will say "do you have an appointment". No, I do not! then they will call them and its done!
