kid brother arrested at school

so i got a call from my moms like 2 hours ago. she tells me my kid brother got arrested at school yesterday (the lil shit is 16). turns out he was called out of class and escorted to the office. there were 2 cops waiting for him. they tell him to turn around and cuff him. they tell him he is being arrested for theft. they keep it vague. they get to the station and keep him there for an hour. then they say sorry we got the wrong kid. cops say they had a tip from a robbery at some clothes store and said that a kid with my brothers name from my brothers school was involved. and never during the whole mess did they call my mom or contact anyone in the emergency phone numbers. my mom calls them up and talks...more like chews out..... the detective in charge of the case. im still effin furious. my girl works at a elder law office and her boss is gonna look into it. so much BS. my kid brother is a shy kid, that does good in school and loves soccer. hes a respectful kid and has never been in trouble with the law or at school for that matter. i talked to him earlier and he says hes Ok. poor bastard mustve been scared to death. long beach police at its finest

wow... what a bunch of dipshits... HA! they didnt do any investigating before they just flat arrested him. not to mention... they took a minor to the pd without notifying the parents... UH OH!

 

The same thing happened to me when I was 16. Kinda...

I was at school in class and got bored so I friend of mine had halo on his usb drive. We played it on the computers teacher didn't care. A month goes buy.....I am in chemistry class taking a test and to cops come in and pull out cuffs and take me to the office. They county officals ran some kind of virus check and the halo game I played had a trojan on it. (Dumbass friend) to add insult to injury my dad is a network securtiy engineer. AND HE WAS THE ONE THAT FOUND THE VIRUS...so no I am introuble with dad mom and the school. They thought judging by the virus thàt I was trying to hack the school and change grades. When I told them it was just a game I ended up getting 10 days out of school suspension and my friend got expeled...way to harsh if you ask me...and I guess the only similarities these storys have are the cops...so I just kinda hijacked your thread. Sorry

 

That sucks, but at school you are guilty until proven more guilty. I know how bad this can be.
