Hey! I recently traded in my useless lowered scion for a 2015 TRD tacoma MT access cab. Might be the best decision I've ever made. Just here to get some ideas for mods and upgrades.. friends don't let friends drive stock!!20150907_074835.jpg

    Cheap/free mods I've done:
    1. Mud flap delete
    2. Plastidip front emblem
    3. De-badge
    4. Off-road style Antenna

    Must haves:
    1. Lift it!
    2. Bigger off-road tires
    3. Underbody/front/rear armor

Lift is definitely a must!... as for emblems, I work in a body shop and I plan to paint the grill casing black to match body colour so prob do it all in one go! I pulled the mud flaps.. They were hard to look at.. but looking at the weathertech flaps. Still look big to me so I'm debating ......

Well that's awesome that you already have experience doing body work. I learned from YouTube how to do some of my mods (a little trial and error too). I also added spidertraxx 1.25" wheel spacers on all four wheels so it made the mudflaps look weird. If I could find some that were offset so they'd be center to my wheels, I'd add them to the rear

It's nice to know my way around a vehicle that's for sure.. don't like relying on someone else to do everything. I think you can get hangers that bolt into the wheel well to put flaps farther out?? Might look a little big rig but would do the trick :)

Thank you! Anything to help feed the addiction ...
