Homesick @ school

I was lucky to get out of CC real quick. I barely had enough units to transfer but they accepted me anyways. I live in an apartment with guys i didn't know prior to coming here. So far so good. I just dont know if i want to live this life anymore. I think i value my privacy way too much and like living at home where I have my own room and a place where i can study and excel the best. I have a couple weeks to finalize my decision. isnt CSUN not that far from sb? maybe we can meet up sometime

 

yea im down for that bro.... its just gonna depend on when cuz i got midterms coming up and all.. i think CSUN is a couple of hours away from santa barbara IIRC...?? u should come to SCMD 5 that should get your mind off of things...But im still down...its kinda hard for me to study at home just cuz i start to get a little lazy lol... and i see my laptop then my bed then i all of a sudden want a nap, then i find all this other shit that ill do that i would never do on any other day lol... I think its nice to study in an environment were there are other people studying... but that just me... So i end up staying at CSUN for most of the day.... and cuz by the time i get home anyway im beat to shit lol.... Did u get excepted into anywhere else..??? The reason y i ask is cuz that UC or Cal State will hold your admission for 3 years before u have to reapply.... That was my case cuz when i decided to leave Long beach it was easy for me to transfer CSUN... But i say this as using a last resort... Not a get outta jail free card lol... Just messin... IMO try the semester or quarter out and give it a shot... if it aint coo by the end of the semester then role out IMO... And hell u got Tacoma World lol... Ill tell u TW has got my mind off a few things to tell u the truth...

 

Well i went to CSUF for my first year of college then went to community college to transfer to a UC. I called CSUF and they said I had to reapply, thats bs man. oh well, i did it anyways.

 

really..??? Oh did u completely drop out of CSUF..?? I guess its different...?? Cuz i had talked to long beach and i still can go there if i want to but i guess im still a part of that school...?? I didn't completely drop out of long beach..?? If that makes sense...?? To be honest i think Santa Barbara has a good atmosphere than a lot of other UCs...IMO... I think it kinda secludes itself from the "city" life in a sense..?? But like i said its gonna come down to u and see if u fell comfortable or not... I donno if i asked but were did u go to Community collage at..?? Oh i failed to mention UCSB is a big jump from CSUF and i can understand y ya might have doubts...

 

i dont have time to read everything. but the single best move when going off to school, is to live in the dorms. the debauchery, and entertainment is off the hook!!! do not deny yourself this. trust me.

For csuf, i just stopped going. I dont think that makes me completely dropping out, i dont think the lady on the phone new the exact rules of coming back to the same college after a certain amount of time. sb is very secluded, maybe thats why i feel this way. i can still log onto the csuf website and everything so maybe i can still enroll? but the thing is i want them to see that i have completed more classes at the community college so maybe reapply is better. idk really, counselors and advisors are confusing at times too.

 

yea counselors are confusing as hell... have u checked out the night life yet..?? or are u not into that..?? Im done with the night life and now i go wheelin and to the shooting range lol...When i went that grad the view from one of the engineering or business buildings was freakin amazin..!!!! Do u your research and make sure you know exactly whats going on... cuz i tried winging it and it was a bad idea lol... And when u do any change make sure this is exactly what u want and u dont have any doubts in your head.. Just outta curiosity what made u go to Santa Barbara in the first place..??

 

i thought living away from home would be a sweet deal. i thought wrong hahah. yah the night life is cool, im about to go out as i type this. i just dont know if this is the life i wanna live. soo many temptations man.
