Its kind of funny you posted thay chevy and GM. Those are my least favorite looking models. Personally I liked the boxy late 80s early 90s style myself. My uncle used to have a Dakota when they were still squared off with a lift and basic steel wheels. It was. IMO it was the epitome of what a truck should look like.

I was a big fan of the GMC Sonoma or S10 ZR2. But I agree... Typical truck proportions always looked best to me. I'm personally a fan of the old K10s.

Yeah, the grill and lights are very square and basic looking, but it's very to the point and looks like a proper truck.

The whole Mack truck macho grill thing will be laughed out by our children. Trucks in general just look like cartoons now.

That is most definitely a truck. It also has chrome on it and yet still looks good.

I still think the gen 2 is one of the best looking trucks ever made. Very simple, yet good-looking.

I've noticed that of the people I know, those 40 and over more often than not don't seem to like the looks of the gen3 while those under 40 more often than not like the looks of it.

Well, as a fucktard, I like the chrome grille on the above Chevy and not the Tacoma of topic. It's just too gaudy... Black grille, and less of it.

26 and I prefer the current 2nd gen, that K10, or any other normal looking vehicle compared to the 3rd gen

More often than not, those that are not buying a new car hate it and those that bought a 15 and screwed up hate it. Those of us that embrace change like it. The grill is slightly larger than the Gen2 but everyone is going snakeshit about it. I like the aggressive look.

I, of course, didn't say, that of those I know under 40 all like it and those over 40 all don't like it. The key phrase was "more often than not".

Good God. We need to stop complaining about the styling. It's here to stay. If you don't like it, don't buy one! We first saw it back in January. It's September now. Let's just move on.

One can never have too many light bars.
It will be interesting to see how the sports sell. I'm not a fan of the big grill and overall ugly front. But the chrome just makes it stand out even more. It's a shame too because that interior looks so much nicer and that extra gear will be nice.
