No worries. Saw your truck in the other thread. Curious to see how high that CVT sits with those tall bed bars.

@PoweredBySoy some goodies for ya! Another modification I made was drill new holes for ladder lock. Relentless bars aren't the tallest, but in my opinion are perfect once you get the ladder dialed in!!!

    Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaadass. Thanks, amigo.

So I'll definitely need to go with the lower bed bars then. My long-term goal is to get a tent as well as a canoe on the cab - and the CVT sits too high for that. Good to know. It's also interesting to see a 72" tent on a short bed. You think it overhangs too much?? I'm currently considering the 56" tents, but I'll need it to sleep 3. It would be a little crowded at night.

    Great setup. Camp on.

You might want to move you rack back a little so you don't have so much hanging off the back unsurpported. Just my thought.

    Not really surprisingly!
The hinge runs right down the middle and it's pretty rigid, but I'll, mess with bars and slide tent as far forward as I can to reduce the overhang. But I didn't notice any flexing, when I had myself, the wife and daughter up in it.

Went camping with the family last week.

By the end of the weekend I imagined something like this...
    Its A Tent.jpg

I didn't take any pictures of our camp all set up but at least a dozen other people did.

Spookie. I'm trying to think of where that was. Up toward Lake Toxaway?

Anyone have their tent canvas start coming out of the channels on the base? I've taken mine out a couple of times, and notice the the tent canvas (edge closest to ladder) has started to come out of the channel that is on the base of the tent. I'm going to try to get pics but I was hoping someone else would have experience in this....

if you can't push it back into the channel my guess would be that you have to remove the entire length/side(s) and slide it back into the channel (while the tent is closed). the tent walls slide into the base the same way the travel cover and annex walls do...

This will happen. When you close the tent take and slide the fabric out a little bit and then slide it back in the channel.
When you close and tuck the tent in you can pull the fabric out of the channel. Super easy fix. You just need to do it when it is closed. If you have problems please let us know.
