Isn't it safe to assume somebody has test driven one of them?

Agreed. I don't want to hear from the automobile prostitutes, er journalists who were strategically invited to the big Tacoma unveiling. Real members hopefully will give more honest reviews.

Good call Chad so you can get a head start on some better design feature's to knock the ugly off of it!

Has anyone put their hands on the tailgate yet? It looks like they really designed it well compared to the 2nd gen (or "the new poverty gen", as it's now known).

Just got done test driving a DCSB TRD Sport 4x2 at Toyota San Diego. I think Toyota did a great job with the upgrades, I have test driven several 2015's over the last couple of weeks, and to me there is a definite improvement to NVH. The engine is quiet and pretty responsive, if the gas mileage is improved from the 4.0 then I will be happy. Big improvement in the interior, seats feel great. And yes the tailgate is vastly improved, feels heavier, stronger and the drop assist is a nice feature.

I am out here in San Diego for a meeting and took advantage of them getting them first for a test drive. I have a deposit down on a DCSB TRD Sport 4x4 in Virginia Beach and I don't regret my decision at all from looking at them in person. Can't wait.
