Looks like a training exercise and the mortar farted.

My repaired speaker came back today as I was washing the Tacoma. Installed it and adjusted the sound to my liking. Cost including shipping was $169.00. A lot better than $450+for new speakers.

Sad news, One of my cousin died late Saturday night. Found out she had cancer of the Liver two months ago. Going to the funeral tomorrow up near Scranton, PA. She is my second cousin to pass on, both ladies and both from cancer. A lot of times life is not fair.

    Sorry for your loss Tom.

I used to work with a guy who was married to one of two twin women. One lived in the US and the other in the UK. They were thick as thieves. They knew it was the sister when the phone rang, one knew when the other was feeling under the weather, all that kind of stuff. One of them came down with brain cancer and died suddenly. The other, yep, contracted brain cancer and died within a year of her sister.

Evening all, Hope you all had a good Labor day weekend. Weather upstate was terrific. Went up on Thursday morning with my son and worked on the windows and wall on the back. Trying to stop it from leaking. Resealed and flashed everything.
Helping with the parents can be trying but also rewarding Dave. One thing I wished I had done with my Mom and Dad was have a list of questions to ask about family, their lives etc. and video'ed them for the future. A lot of questions with no answers.
Nice seat covers:thumbsup: Tom, Mine are dirty, but not torn or worn. 8 years old (60800 miles).
My Condolences on the loss of your Cousin Tom. Be careful driving up to Scranton tomorrow Tom.
    Have a good night all.

Thank you for the prayers. Time to get off to bed so I can get up at 04:00 and get ready to be at my sisters house at 5:45. I know I need to stretch tomorrow morning and that will take 45 minutes.

Is anyone else being spammed by tacomaworld alerts of updates to watched threads? I have it turned off in preferences but I'm still getting them. Started a few hours ago.

EDIT: :anonymous: *cough* Never mind *cough* :anonymous: It's just me being a 'net idiot again.

    Morning Ken and all.

Tom, I hope your trip went smoothly and that the service was comforting for all. Never is easy, my thoughts are with you.

I meant to comment on your new Wet Okoles, they look very nice; I like the "Tacoma" lettering. I'm thinking of replacing mine next group buy. I've gotten past my urge to trade my 07 in on a 2015. Plan to hang onto the 07 as long as I don't have any catastrophic failures. I think I'd like to go with the heated option on my next set. Kristi's Highlander has heated leather, always thought it extravagant, but the little luxuries are nice as I get older. I also ordered the CIPA mirror with outside temp display in it; been a small thorn in my side not having the outside temp display. Darn 2000 Corolla that the moose ripped the roof off of had outside temp display in the instrument cluster ... never understood why the 2007 Tacoma didn't. :notsure:

Don't know why I'm rambling on here ... slow shift I guess.
