Thanks for doing this! I just placed an order. I have this kind of mirror on another vehicle and love 'em. Great to see they're available for the Tacoma.

Ok, I've boxed up all of the mirrors that were ordered tonight. They'll go out tomorrow morning, two day priority. I'm using a cardboard box with the mirrors bubble wrapped inside. The boxes are in flat rate envelopes. This is a bit of an experiment, so if any of the mirrors show up broken please let me know immediately. I'll get another set out to you the next day.

Here are the pictures of the final product you'll be receiving. For those of you not ordering the defrosting films you'll receive two rectangular double sided adhesive pads that you'll affix to the back of the glass.

Those look sweet, I'm sure a lot of people are happy to see them available now. What kind of shipping rate to get them into Canada? I sell some of the heated mirror kits outside of TW too and one of the locals sounded kind of interested in this product.

    Nice work on these!

Thanks Jaimes. I've looked through a couple different shippers and it looks like a single set of mirrors shipped to Canada is going to be in the $35 to $45 range. If you have any suggestions on cheaper shipping, I'm all ears.

I would think USPS is your best bet but I'm sure you checked them first. My only thought would be if you get multiple people wanting them to ship one condensed shipment and then have all the orders shipped out separate upon arrival.

Mirrors can be a bit tricky though, they are small but need to have a decent padding for transit.

USPS came out to $42 for a medium flat rate box. That's more box than needed for a single set of mirrors, but it would be a good option for multiple sets that could then be distributed. It looks like I can send a single set in my own packaging for around $20 through USPS, which isn't too bad.

Guys, I'll be making a video of the install tomorrow. Please hold off on the install until then. It's not the hardest install, but it does take some patience and finesse. It's easier to show how it's done than try to put in into words.

    Thanks

Received mine today. Packaging was well-done; they're in good shape. Shipping time has to be the quickest I've seen! Looking forward to your video.

Arrived safe and sound in NH today. The glass doesn't quite match the original shape so I have a little gap in the upper inside corner. It's a little worse on the passenger side than the driver side.

I just took the video for the install with a '12 and that gap is there as well. It seems the mirrors changed shape slightly after the '11. It will be up to you guys to determine if a different mirror needs to be cut, or if you can live with that gap. What year is your truck?

I'm glad you got the glass installed in one piece. Let me know your impressions after you've driven with them for a couple days.

I'm working on editing my hodgepodge of an install video right now. :)

    Nathan
