    Right on.

I will eventually mod the truck, but I am afraid a bit about invalidating the waranty. And since I am not a mechanic at all, having the truck as close as possible to what I want makes me feel better.

I am already doing this part time, at least one month every year.

I wouldnt do this just to get a truck. The moment you incorporate a US company, you are required to file US tax return. Just opening a can of worms. It will be nothing but a headache.

ATRAC is something you need to turn on, it is off by default.

Yes, I think it would not be simple. It seems Toyota Canada is forcing me to by a F150 or a Wrangler... or a 2016 TRD Sport, and I mod it a lor, which would cost me also a ton of $$$ since most of the parts come from the US anyway, taxes plus transportation... Beurk.

It would be a lot simpler to buy a used truck.

Where there's a will (and a wallet), there's a way. Seriously, it seems that you just need to know and trust someone in the US who will buy it for you, then just wait patiently for 4 months.

I know someone that could do that for me. He doesn't know yet...
    But again i will have:
    - Bring him to buy the truck (I have to get from Montreal to Miami)
    - Ask him to insure the truck
    - Store the truck away for 120 days
    - Go back, buy the truck, and change the ownership to me
    - Get all papers for the Canadian Custom
    - Drive the truck here
    - Pay federal and provincial taxes for a total of 15% (burp...)
    - Have it inspected buy RIV
    - Have it plated here
    - Enjoy it......

Might pay some company to do all this.

It may not be much but HST in Canada is only 13%, not 15%. I live in Ontario so it might be more in Quebec. Having bought a Harley in the U.S.A. I know the cross border thing can be a pain. I would strongly consider buying either a used US model or a new Canadian model and simply mod it to your particular needs.

I am considering all options. While the Canadian Web site is not updated, I can't compare. But you are right about the painful process.
