this. If I invest in armor is expect it to do its job and for sliders its handling the weight of the truck when it gets dropped on some rocks

That's exactly what I mean, some people that do trails though also stray away from some of the more extreme ones. I think one thing that might have changed on the design since yours were produced is the movement of the rear legs farther back so there's less unsupported bar, could've been a design flaw. Hopefully my wife wont manage to bend these, shes got a bit of a lead foot on the trails.

Yeah after it happened I took pictures and sent them to jerry and we talked alittle. A few months after that he redesigned the back legs to what they are now

Understandable, that's alot of money to bank on something possibly not performing how you'd like. Everything has its breaking points though, these are sliders, not rock hammers.

    Sounds like a plan @Overkill07

Yeah, patience is not her strong suit lol

Speaking of using sliders, we are making a trip to Barnwell Mt on the weekend of the 10th in October. We'll be gettting there early Saturday and coming home sunday afternoon. Just me and some friends in their new Tacomas; wont be doing anything to crazy as all the have for protection are sliders.

Sell the faux sliders and buy some real ones ASAP. Black Friday sales are right around the corner!
