I hit 1500 miles in me new DCSB 4x4 offroad trd so I changed front and rear diff , transfer case and engine oil to mobile one synthetic. I have previously (only had the truck about 4weeks) relocated the rear diff breather, installed locks on both truck bed cubbies, installed husky matts, added door sill protectors, Toyota bed mat, console vault (love it !), installed brake controller, added stainless steel nerf bars and added a TracRack bed rack. During the motor oil swap I also installed the Fumoto oil drain valve which I use on all my vehicles. Forgot to mention I did the hose clamp tailgate mod as well.

    From the other day...

I tore out the beat up, stretched out, ultra soft, POS toyota rubber radiator bushings and replaced them Polyurethane. My front end feels so much more solid now. No more pops, clicks, thuds, or other weird noises from the front end.

Welcome. You talking about the under the hood fuse box lid? If so, yeah, I used strong duck tape to hold it shut. Ghetto perhaps, but works!

No the one by your leg inside the cab. Looks like a friction closure, not good for bouncing offroad

Oh okay, mine seems to be holding up okay, but I know what you mean, pos plastic tab holds is shut, doomed to fail from the beginning, long after your warranty expires. lol :D

How much cutting to the bumper was needed for this? Is it able to be removed and put back to made look original? Or is the bumper ruined after this?
    Thanks! Looks awesome!

I have the same bumper. It involves cutting the plastic bumper cover up and can not be put back to original afterwards. You'd have to pick up a bumper cover from a junkyard or something if you wanted to be stock again. The cutting is very easy and straight forward though. Pretty easy install.

I would assume so... On my last Tacoma, I carried a canoe and kayak (~130lbs) on the highway (~75mph) and had no issues.

Yeah, my dad and I installed a set of these on my 1st Gen's camper top. Basically just line them up on the top (cut to length of needed), drill holes through the roof, use silicone to seal the holes, and stick the bolts through. There needs to be someone in the bed and someone on top when it comes to tightening up the bolts. I had mine on my old truck for 3 years and never had any leaks. Just use plenty of sealant and you should be good to go!

What sort of cutting? I thought the cover gets removed and replaced with this piece?
    Thanks again! :)

It was two cuts to remove that lower valence piece right on the edges of the new bumper. The lower bumper cover including the fog light mounts and lower valence is all one piece and you have to cut out the middle section. The little lower grill piece pops out with a couple clips iirc, but it's not the only thing in the way. Now that I think about it I also cut off the factory tow hook on one side which I think was required.
