I'm looking at some used rims and tires for my Tacoma. It's still stock. But I'll want to lift it eventually 3" at least. Will these be ok while it is stock or will they rub bad?
    Thanks Guys!

They will rub and 15's won't fit over the calipers

As mentioned above 15" wheels won't fit over your brakes. 16" is the minimum wheel size for the 2nd gen Tacoma. The largest tire you can run without a lift and rubbing is 265/75R16 or the same in 17" wheel size 265/70R17, which are effectively 32s. Also a 15.5" wide tire is ridiculously wide for a Tacoma.

Those tires are like pontoons. It paddles it's way across the ocean on those things. And just in case... that's not a snorkel. It's a periscope.

I run a standard size slightly taller tire on a 17 inch wheel because I upgraded to 2006+ Tundra brakes and actually like performance and stopping power. :)

the amount of extreme negative stress on wheel bearings and steering components is not full function if they break with regular use.
