If you are in the market for a 2016 Sport, would you consider Quicksand as a color for your truck?

Here's what I believe is the first photo of a DC Sport in Quicksand. Do you like it? It's almost as it looks lighter in the sun and darker in the shade. Photo courtesy of social media.

    Even Lighter (OR model however)

I personally wouldn't get that color but I think it looks pretty dang good. Like the DCLB.

I think it looked better on the OR DC SB to break up that color a little more. It's not my favorite color.

I think it looks okay in the off road version with the contrasting fenders but not so much in the sport. In the last picture you posted I gotta say I am not a fan of the front bumper under bite. Just sayin.:crapstorm:

It's like silver in the sun it looks lighter in shade or cloudy darker which I like. I like lighter color trucks doesn't show up chips or swirl marks as bad.

I believe that is the main argument, that it needs the black over fenders that the OR offers to look good as opposed to the color matching over fenders on the Sport. Thanks for your opinion.

I've got a TRD off road 4 door 6 speed on order, so yes I would.

Hoping that it is sort of a rare color. I like the magnetic, but everyone getd that. Haven't seen it in person, so hoping I like it when it comes in.

I personally love the color but it's a very Off Road color to me, not sport. IF I go OR that is the choice. Sprt will be either Inferno or White.

Inferno was my second choice. I ordered my DCSB Sport in Quicksand, it grew on me.

The truck has a lot of style, especially with the scoop on the sport. The truck deserves a unique color. Pairing the sport with quicksand really gets peoples attention. I don't think anyone can look at a QS sport and not have an opinion about it. that is a good thing.

So I've got an AC sport in quicksand in my future.

mats, flaps, and stickers. Extang solid fold 2.0. Mobtown sliders and full skids. AVS vents
If I order one, it's going to be quicksand. Maybe the sport with the flares replaced eventually once some wrecks start showing up in the local yard, or OR with swapped hood for the skewp.

I have a quicksand DCLBOR ordered. I like the color, it will hide dirt well in the Utah desert. That being said, I wouldn't be able to do it with the matched flares, definitely needs the black to break it up a bit in my opinion.

And the polls are in, a concrete 50/50. I received the same results when asking around about the color, 50/50. I wish more would appreciate the Quicksand Sport DC.

I like it but I don't know if I would buy it. In an OR with the back flares maybe but only if I was gonna turn it into a badass overland rig.

upload_2015-9-11_13-48-40.jpg Taken from wikpedia. PPG and DP are different surveys from 2012. Even if quicksand is popular on Tacomas it won't be a common color on the road.

Not a bad color. I think I would have to see it in person first.

Agreed. I'd be all over that like flies on a rib roast if I saw it on a TRD Offroad DCSB.

I like the idea of a unique color but I am not at all a fan of quicksand
