With Toyota's current cadence it would be 11 years before the Gen 4 comes out. I was referring to the upcoming refresh, similar to the 2012 refresh of the Gen 2. If Toyota produces similar results, cleans up the front and still offers a 4x4 with a manual I'd be very interested.

Agreed! and a lot of customers on this forum are not pleased with the current 2016 nose/grille. Maybe Toyota will listen. Honda did a refresh on the Civic a couple of years ago after a new redesign was not well received by fans or critics.

It really needs more agressive looking tires. Those tires look like something obtain from a fire sale. 4 tires for $200.00

It looks like they have 8 total. I wonder if some of those are en route as they did not post pictures of all of them to that craigslist ad. And to get 8 right off the bat would be excessive wouldn't it? They do show a MGM OR. I really want to see that vehicle. Anyone in the Phoenix area?

I can confirm they are in port here in Jax, FL. I drove by and there were about 2 dozen. I could not take a pix due to traffic behind me.

I just got back from a dealer that had one. SR5 access cab in barcelona red. I am one of those that thinks it looks better in person. The truck overall looks more substantial than I thought it would if that makes sense. Even the fat lip didn't look bad. TBH, if people here hadn't made such a big deal if it I probably would not have noticed it.

I live in Phx area. Did not test drive but stopped by the dealership on Camelback & 16th, checked out the white DC Offroad they have on hand. The truck looked nice, I dont mind the look of the grill. One thing I didn't care for were the worthless looking street tires they put on it... I guess they're the Goodyear Wrangler street queen editions? My first thought was to take those suckers off and throw on some ATKO2's or maybe some Duratracs in the stock size. May go back tomorrow and try test driving one since I saw the comments from others that the motor feels weak. If I do I'll try to get a window sticker pic since I see on here everyone seems to be amped about those. General comment about the last gen and this gen...the beds are so small on these things -- I hunt and have two bird dogs doubt I could get two dog boxes in that bed. Also not crazy about the built in bedliner, plastic and slippery. Would almost rather spray in my own. Question for those who are smarter on these than I am -- Does the Long Bed have the same wheelbase dimensions?

Edit: Sticker price on that white taco was $38k and change.

    TRD OR package. :)

White TRD OR looks fantastic. That contrast. Pick up some 4Runner TRD Pro wheels, done.

Dealer in SLC just let me know one hit the lot today. It's already sold, so no driving. Going to swing by tomorrow and take a look if it is still there. Will get pics.
Silver sport is all I know.

I drove a 2wd TRD Sport in Tucson today. I only went because I wanted to see it in person, I'm looking for a TRD Off Road 4x4; the engine and transmission drove extremely smooth. It was raining and had no issues with acceleration and the seats were quite comfortable. The interior is a big upgrade over the all analog dials in my 2015 Taco. Did not take a picture of the sticker because I was not interested in it at all, but that's only because I want the Off Road 4x4.

Base Price before options on 4x4 TRD Off Road is $33,730.
