I have a quick question, too. Am I going to be able to get to the bottom headlight bolt through the fender well, or am I going to have to remove the bumper cover?

I looked up a replacement light for the 2012, and it looks like the bottom bolt is in the same location. I'm going to restore my headlights in the morning using the water sand method, and I'd rather take them out than tape up. I'll be UV clear coating and polishing as well.

I got to the bottom bolt on my 2014 by reaching up from underneath. Not that hard.

I had thought about it. I'm working 6 12hr shifts this week so I only have a little bit of time to work in the restore. I was wanting to do a front end make over, but I have to bump a regear ahead of that.

Thanks! From just looking and feeling around, I thought I probably could. The replacement video takes off the bumper. Don't want to do that right now.

Busted CV boots and lots of squeaks.
I am going to pick up my skid steer tomorrow morning from my lot. This truck has been sitting for far too long. Tonight I bled and disconnected the brake lines, radiator, and clutch. The doors are easy to come off. Front fenders removed to help picking it off the frame. Electrical has been disconnected. Hood will pop off, grille/headlights removed. I plan on using some 2" ratchet straps to lift the cab off with. I figured if I need to make a small adjustment, I would be able to do it with those.

My skid steer has a set of forks with a grapple on it. I plan to chomp a 4x6 in the grapple and run the straps over it. Hopefully it shouldn't be that bad. image.jpg

It wouldn't take but a couple hours to do by myself it's just putting forth the effort and paying for an alignment. Might as well get a life time one too
