@crashngiggles i got a mint set off my '15 with 2k miles- no tires

 

I live in the Concord NH area. I have a 1997 4-runner for sale. Here are the bullet points:

- It has 220,000 miles on it.
- I had the rear axle replaced (it rotted out awhile back) and had it reinforced to prevent another rust out.
- Something is going on with the fuel lines - either an injector or the filter, not sure
- It had a "pink milkshake" about 30,000 miles ago. I stopped it ASAP when it happened, replaced the radiator and had it towed and the tranny flushed three times.
- Frame is in awesome shape.
- Sometimes the 4-wheel takes a while to engage, its been this way for at least 80,000 miles. Not sure whats up.
- Tires still have some miles left on 'em.
- Great truck for a dedicated off-road build IMHO.

You know John, I don't know exactly, but it is the stock 6-cyl automatic. Where you at in NH? I have put the hurt on her over the years, so its going cheap!

 

There is also beaver and coyote blood stains in the back...lol

 

WTB: first gen rear spring pack. Would like all pro expo or deavers or the like.

 

I'm in Hooksett . Sounds like the 3.0 v6 . I was hoping for a 2.7 4cyl lol

 

97 is a 3.4L. Thats exactly what is in my rig.

 

I've got th22RE race version, it has an extra squirrel.

 

I tell ya, I loved that engine and tranny. SO much torque.

 

Bad start to the day!!
Heading to work heard a new noise then it got much louder, snapped a leaf on the passenger side.
Has anyone had any luck getting them replaced under recall? Or am I screwed?

So just in case anyone have a set of leafs kicking around?

I just had this happen a few weeks ago. Not sure where you're located but Hulbert Toyota in Epping Nh replaced them immediately under warranty.
