Got my new SEAL 9.5rs installed in the Cruiser a few days ago. I think the wireless remote will come in handy.

Congratulations to the entire Force Gurkha team for their 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishes in last week's Rain Forest Challenge India 2015. Of course, they all choose COMEUP Blazer winches. :ylsmoke:

Absolutely! My bumper comes in next week and will need a winch. Anyone tried one of these with an aftermarket bumper (behind)?

Only way I don't see it fitting is if you get the RSI. The I is (incorporated solenoid, so it makes the winch pretty tall. The regular RS will fit for sure if the bumper is made to accomodate a winch

FYI, I asked about group buy stuff on these a while back and ComeUp does not directly do group buys because it undercuts their distributors. I can appreciate that and admire that they want to take care of their distributors and protect those relationships. However, it sounded like it was possible for a distributor to conduct a group buy. So, it would need to be something that was coordinated with a ComeUp dealer, not directly through ComeUp.

@frizbal it sounds like you got your answer already but if you went with the RSI you'd almost certainly have to chop up your grill for it to fit. The 9.5s or 9.5rs should fit fine with an aftermarket bumper since the solenoid pack isn't fixed to the top of the winch. I had the 9.5s on my 1st gen Tacoma and it fit great in my Trail Gear bumper which is probably the tightest fit out there. I did have to notch my grill just a tiny bit to clear the clutch handle.

No fitment issues at all with the 9.5rs on my Land Cruiser. I've really liked these winches a lot so far. Quality stuff.

Sounds like you'd be the guy to make it happen. No idea if there are any stipulations you'd have to worry about but I'm sure you probably already know.
