Finally is right. Lots of delays but I'm here. I'll be in the Tetons all day tomorrow of anyone is bored and wants to go in looking for me.

This is my hotel for the night.

And your state is beautiful, but dang the wind and constant hills. Can't wait to see what winter is like. Might actually show up SD.

Took a hit driving through with the car but still getting double the truck so can't complain. Ha

I'm late as usual, also I'm not allowed into Canada... unless I finally get a passport or enhanced license.

@BuzzardsGottaEat I'll be in Dubois by about 0830. I've got two jobs to take care of while I'm there. If the early one goes quick I'll have some time before I need to be at the airport at 1000. Bummer you don't have your truck theirs a sweet road near the snake river I was going to suggest. But its definitely not car friendly. I'll pm you my phone digits.

I don't have my truck, and that really sucks.

But I do have my cameras! Been shooting film so far. Busting out the digitals tomorrow for the park.

You picked a good time to come. Should be clear. Couldn't see the peaks through the smoke about a month ago... I'll try and have a list of spots that are cool tomorrow if you don't already know where your going.

Just coming for a quick trip through yellowstone then? Good timing for that. Just starting to get cold. Elk, Deer and such will be starting to rut.

Winters can be ROUGH. But last year was easy. And yea..hilly where your at now and especially windy. I80 is infamously windy. But you haven't even hit the mountains yet

You still looking to move this way?

I assume you are going to Jackson at some point. From there you should head to Alpine and then cut over to Idaho Falls. That will give you a chance to see the Palisades Reservoir and the views along the way. It will also get you to I-15 and you can head south through Utah or West to Nevada depending on what part of CA you are heading to.

Thanks for the heads up. Plan is to cut down through Utah and then over through Vegas and it's a straight shot from there.

Once I get out and through Jackson I'll check out my options. I've been winging it one leg at a time. Ha

They were perfect. Met some cool people along the way as well. Nice to meet you, too! I need to get back out this way soon. It seems like 90% of the people I talk to on TW love in WY anyway. May as well join the crowd.

Also, for the beautifully minimal population of your state the odds of pretty much everyone I've interacted with regularly on TW being from WY have to be pretty slim. Ha

Sliders have been enough for me this far.

Rear bumper is next. Someday. Maybe.

If I did that I'd be looking at a leaf pack and 255/85s before anything ha. I designed some tube bumpers but never found anyone to weld them up for me.
