I was really looking forward to joining this group buy, and I had a few questions I needed answered since I am a novice when it comes to suspensions. However I was very disappointed with the customer service I experienced both on these forums and over the phone. Thanks to the OP for organizing this. At some point maybe I can still enjoy a King suspension from another shop who seems interested in gaining my business and will offer the support I need, should an issue arise down the road with the suspension.

 

What was your issue?

I've bombarded Micah with questions, and I've called DSM many times before. They've always been happy to talk me through whatever I ask.

 

Just called too. They helped me out without any issues...

 

I just got the impression that I was taking up his time and he really didn't want to help. He did answer all of my questions over the phone though but it almost felt like pulling teeth. I struggled to get answers when I messaged him on here. I don't want to put the dude on blast as it seems everyone on here loves and respects DSM. Just posting my experience.

 

Ask here. You never asked me for anything besides pricing. This forum and it's members are always open to help.

 

We are all here to help, but It's your money bud. No hard feelings on anyone you don't need to buy from dsm. This is a group buy thread for those interested. If you want to rant bout service maybe you should do it on off topic.

 

Agreed and I probably should have looking back now. Just figured I would go directly to the source given that he is the one selling the product and should be the most knowledgeable.

 

Maybe so but it did pertain to this group buy and maybe someone else shared the same experience. If it were my company and I upset someone, I would want to fix it right away.

It was a list of questions I felt was easier asked over the phone. It's over, it's done and I have voiced my opinion. Sorry to upset the apple cart. "Rant" over.
