To each their own. I did a week long trip and didnt want that hassle when the bed is filled with gear. the ground tent is just as quick to put up/down so long as you dont mind being on the ground. Just wanted to put out a thought some may not think of.

Same here, I was honestly surprised how quickly I was able to pack up. Also nice not crawling around on wet ground to roll up the tent!

Thats true, i did hate wrapping up a damp tent with dirt/pine needles covering the bottom. The truck tent is a good compromise between the rtt/ground tent.

no way man I am jealous. I have more hunting stuff and front armor before I can drop that kind of money at a tent.

I seem to be unable to find a good one for the 5 foot bed. It looks like they make one but it only goes to the end of the bed, not to the end of the tailgate like my tent does. Any ideas on where to look? I want a longer one so my feet don't dangle off the end.

The exact one I got that does go the the end of the tailgate while down is the Truck-bedz Expedition TCSB. I will trade it to you for say the Supercharger :anonymous:

You don't want a supercharger, it makes you get speeding tickets and makes your face hurt from smiling so much haha

Do you know if there are any companies that make one with a built in pump?

Is it electric? Like a plug in the wall kind? That would be super handy with my truck bed outlet. And how much space does the bed take up when rolled up?
