Understandable but it's not your company, there's ways of going about it. Don't put the company Here on blast.For all they are trying to do is get us all a good deal. don't get all butt hurt about it, all you had to do was call and ask to speak to someone else who can answer your bunch of questions that 95% of the members here haven't answered on other threads.

Ive talked to and PM'd Micah several times trying to figure out what would be best for my needs. He was nothing but helpful.
Sorry you had a bad experience but maybe its something you should take up with him rather then bitching about it here

Just wanted to say thanks to Micah and dsms for the group buy. This deal was too good to pass up. I'm so stoked! He answered all my questions in a timely manner and look forward to doing repeat business!

 

You guys gotta take in consideration that these guys are probably getting overwhelmed with emails , pm,calls,and still run a business at all once.I had to send two pm till I got a response. If they didn't answer or reply try again. This deal was to good to pass up and pretty sure they had to much to keep up with and reply... Sorry to hear that you fellas took it a bit personal, get over it.

Alright come on guys don't need to be assholes about it. Things just didn't work out. Honestly this was an ok deal, I didn't get in on it because it wasn't good enough for me. I didn't have all the money and it wasn't worth the savings to pull it out of my savings.

Now I don't know both sides of the story but if I received bad customer service I wouldn't want things to continue either. But on the other side this doesn't sound the DSM, but again opinions are like assholes and everybody has them.
