    i agree to an extent. but still, damage to a vehicle of any kind decreases the value of it, even if it is repaired. he paid for a new vehicle when in fact it was not so new as he thought it was.

    I agree Jeff. It sounds as though he wants a new truck. I would be pissed that the other dealership didn't disclose the the damage though. That is just bad business on their part. On the other hand though that information could have been lost in the shuffle of the transfer though.

    Legally, a new vehicle is defined as never been titled. Technically a truck that has been one a lot for 2 years and never been sold is new.

    Yeah but the shirt missing a button would be a functionality flaw. A dent in the roof (that was repaired) is a cosmetic flaw.
