    Woke up to aplumbing issue :(

    The good news is I handled the situation fast enough that it may not be that bad.

    Also, I have to give thanks to Colby for putting me in touch with one of his friends that does home repair months ago. This guy is awesome and twice he has came out on a Saturday with no notice.

    If any of you even need I repair guy, Tobin is the man.

    Yea man, he is a great guy. He stopped here on his way to a job and took a look. I already had the water off and he put his moisture sensor on area where water went into the wall. He told me what to buy from the store and he's coming back when he done to do the repairs.

    Fortunately it's an isolated issue at the upstairs toilet.
