I don't know what your questions were but I bet you could have answered them yourself with a little bit of searching. Some vendors don't have the time to invest to answer questions that the end user could easily figure out on his/her own.

I'm not saying you are wrong or DSM is right or anything like that, but I've learned from experience that reading up on a product before asking about it helps you form more ineligible questions and it doesn't sound like you are using the vendor as an "easy button."

Some vendors are more than happy to answer questions. Some vendors just don't have the time or patience

 

If a vendor doesn't have time to provide customer service before the sale they surely won't after.

 

I didn't say they don't answer questions. I guess what Im trying to say is sometimes they get tired of being an "easy button" because someone doesn't want to use google. Again, not saying this is what happened...

W/e, DSM is doing something right.

just a heads up, king delivered the orders that were pretty standard and stuff they had on the shelf. all those orders have shipped. all other orders are still following the original time line.
