Fog light wiring??

Does anyone know where I can pick up wiring for fog lights? I found factory switches just need harness and relay..

Youre not already set up for it? were you a prerunner or a 5 lug base? what other equiptment do you have..? Cause you may have the wiring..

EDIT: you say you're SR5.. you should have the wiring already. go digging.. you may have to take some tape off the original wiring harness to locate the actual plugs, but i'd be supprised if you werent already wired up.

 

seriously? You would think they would considering its the same truck from door handle to headlamp..

 

Yeah, trust me on this one Chris is right (of course). I spent about 4 hours looking for and identifying all of the additional plugs and stuff on mine and a Base model 5 lugger does not have it.

 

Thanks guy's, You would think that if the cruise wiring was there the fog should be there also, but I will look harder to see..

 

agreed. Sucks. They're not that hard to wire in though, and you could use the stock switch and the stock lamps, and run some wires and you'd be set. I agree with Chris - check out Auto Zone and whatever, they'd have wiring kits complete with fused blocks and what not. probably your best bet.

 

Hey man, what do you mean by 5 lugger, If it relates to wheels mine is 6 bolt...So would that make mine any different??

 

ssingle cab non prerunner is a 5 lug, youre SR5 prerunner/4x4, so you're 6 lug.

 

Isn't prerunner like an extended cab? I do have an sr5 reg cab, confused on prerunner
terminology..

 

prerunner means youve got fender flares, lifted suspension or 4x4 with lifted suspension. If youre nonprerunner, its basic stuff under those leafs (or over them in that case)
