A lot of these seem to happen in Cali and Atlanta, no offense to anyone.

I'd have thought checking in local tow yards would be one the first steps in the process. Glad she is home anyway.

I did check the local tow yards, but it all happened so quickly within the span of 45 minutes and none of the tow yards said they had my vehicle. i obtained the tow yard info that would have been used, by the sheriffs as well as the security patrol company. the crux of the issue was that someone called to have it towed, and didn't bother to leave a note to inform me. the police werent the ones to tow it, nor was the security patrol company, nor were 6 different neighbors who i spoke with, before i made the call to file a stolen vehicle report. so you thought right DCSBFTMFW, and thats exactly what i did.

when a deputy called told me my vehicle was recovered at the tow yard, i went to retrieve it and the tow yard told me it was my HOA that called them to tow it.
