Miss ya @Truck Girl ! My sister almost bought your truck and it could have lived on TW some more but alas it was snatched up

 

She says thank you! Lol I told her stop being lazy but she won't get on.

 

so ive searched and searched the interwebz and have come up kinda limited on findings.

Im looking to wire up my truck to a switch for idle adjust. Ive done this on my ford, but my toyota is becoming a mystery. Some trick the truck to think the AC is on, but it doesnt raise the RPMs enough, other ways trick truck temp and other crap which i dont want to do. Do any of you have a possible idea or lead? Im shooting to have an engine idle around 1200 roughly, with the option to ramp up if needed with a selector swtich.

 

Brick on the accelerator? :not sure: could have different size bricks/rocks for which idle speed you want

 

Unplug the battery for more than 5 min and then you have to deal with 1900 rpm for a week

 

Both of those are an option....

I rather not do those just yet... what else ya got lol.

 

Does a tuner like a bullydog do any of that?

Honestly it's a good thing she didn't buy it. It was pretty hammered. But it sold super fast. I was surprised.

Always love it when a plans works out if I could I'd design a whole LT setup, I haven't the faintest idea of designing an independent suspension so that's out the door. Oh well I have front and rear bumpers to plan out next
