Sorry no pics. I made a harness myself. But it took most of the day to mount and wire these up. I bolted them to the receiver. The duallies my stick out a little much? I've seen that. You should try the flush mounts. Those look sick but require you to cut out bumper. (More work).

 

I run my 30" bar on the stock fog light wiring quite a bit. LEDs don't pull very much so you'd be fine. I'm about to swap add rigids DOT approved dually's as my dogs though so I'll have to rewire the bar with an aftermarket relay and some wire.

I've never had an issue with the bar wired there. Pods would be even better.

 

How would you do the wiring to add a relay is it hard I just bought one made from Toytec where I got the light

No need to waterproof it. You'll be fine. Everyone runs their wires through there (even Toyota). The way I figure is if you're in water high enough to get to the harness grommet, you're about 10" above your door line so you're going to get water in regardless. Regular driving in rain and such shouldn't pose a problem.

check out Rago Off Road Fabrication, or Cali Raised LEDs for some low profile light bar mounts, theirs are really nice, would clear up that light bar, and make it all flow together

 

super clean engine bay and fuse panel, jealous for sure

 

Wiring looks good. Same way I did all of mine....

 

Your build is what inspired me to do it that way. I just have a lot less wires, but it is a clean way to keep wires together.
