Nice job I have the same set up on the same truck I used the shims and the CB drop and I still have just slight vibes like 0-5mph but its I think ass good as its gets. I tried just the CB drop and then both I havent tried just the shims. I allso had nothing no CB drop and No shims. This the best set I came up with if you find something better lemme know.

Well I have no shims now and no CB, just a drive around the block I felt as I stated above a very small vibe. I then went out for a 20 mile drive on various roads and such as well as speeds and I hardly feel anything, I really have to be looking for it...I also think that with my new tires thought they are not mud terrains but they are more aggressive then the stockers with them out of align it may contribute to it also..

Will know for sure after my alignment (Monday or Tuesday)

Nice job man! I ordered my ultimate kit and can't wait to put it on. I am going to have to drive with the stock wheels and tires for a little while because I have to pay some bills off first, so I hope it doesn't look too crazy driving down the road. I went ahead and ordered the Carrier Bearing with the kit because Toytec recommended it.

So how is it you needed UCA's, last I thought you were only going 1.5-2 inch lift. Did you decide to go higher to match the rear? That AAL jacks the rear up a bit but settles over time.

you should call me numb nuts, I guess I went higher then I thought..about 2-2.5..they could not get my caster in alignment so I went to the Total Chaos UCA's.....

Installing them now, driver side done, just taking a break then go back out...

LOL! My user name reflects all the stupid mistakes I have made over time. They say you learn from your mistakes but I don't know about that. Just by looking at the pics of your truck it looks like you are at 2.5 inches, little higher than my set up. You could have gotten away with 1.5-2 inches if you didn't do the AAL. Our trucks have rake even without the TSB done, TSB just gives more.

    I am done!!

I adjusted the front Coil Over's up some to balance the whole thing out, my shims are installed in the rear (spent some time getting them lined up right, works great)

Here are a couple pics, it's dark out so this is the best I can do

Now I have an appointment for an alignment on Tuesday. Test ride was good did not feel any different then prior to the TC UCA install which in my mind is good :)

oh, yeah one other question for those in the know...

Can you ever really get rid of the Taco lean?? It seems my driver coil over needs to be 1/4 inch higher (1/2 inch actual) to be balnced..just seems like a big difference between the two and I will wait until I am at a 1/4 tank or less before I adjust it. I did this once before but after a full tank it changed the way it looked again??

my driver side has 1/2 inch more threads showing than the passenger side. So yours is about right. I just cranked mine up until it was the same distance from the ground to fender as the passenger side and when all was said and done it was about a 1/2 inch more threads.

Truck looks good by the way!

WOW 1/2 inch more threads make it 1 inch more in height!

Not necessarily, it's just compensating for the added weight of all the extra weight on the drivers side. So I am not lifted higher when measured cause both sides measure even but that extra 1/2 inch is what it took to level it out.
