    Sup guys been away for a while but i been training my ass off ever since the last meet, mainly focused on getting my squats and deadlift back after my reagitated back injury in july, here is my recent squat PR of 533lbs(kilo convertion), again just wanna thank the guys that helped me out last time with my gear, this is litereally gains by TW.
