    To help @Lucario Runner and I install his, we removed some of the studs from the heads. The top and bottom, if I remember correctly, nearest the firewall, on both sides. Then we also had to undo the steering linkage.

    We didn't have to jack up the engine through. Like some others have said that they had to.

    Did the headers also come with the thick header to y-pipe gaskets?

    Mine continue to keep coming loose, even with a healthy dose of red, not sure what else to do. Will probably replace the bolts this winter when I do a full disassemble and cleaning, or maybe just the nut with fresh nyloc will help? IDK, but I paint pen them, and they are easy to tighten with the wheels on so not a huge deal.

    Mine have been tight since I red locd them. I ran them to 120 lbs I think.

    We basically took the front and back studs off while leaving the centers ones on to help guide the studs back onto the head. This was very easy.
    What keeps coming off, header side or header to y pipe? Might wana consider titanium nuts, unless you find a source that is vibrating them loose.
