I've been working on assembling my plate carrier (Mayflower APC) / war belt (HSGI SG) rig. In the last 48 hours I've got a couple of HSGI HCMs, an extended pistol taco (experimenting with this one), and a Source low-profile hydration bladder for the APC. Still waiting on my inner belt, which was back ordered. Soon I should have a pretty functional set up...

Probably. I used to have a Rainier Arms RMC on my Tavor. That didn't last long. Looots of concussion / noise coming back in your face and standing next to someone using it really sucked. Since it's my SHTF gun, I decided to go with a more flash-hider type design that won't blast my friends on the face every time I pull the trigger...

Yesterday I got Two PSA premium BCG's and a PSA premium 16" mid length upper from UPS at work. Today I was off so I went shooting and on the way back I bought the other stuff. I've been needing a good cleaning rod for a long time. I've been using mismatched junk from several cheap gun cleaning kits for the last Eight years. I finally bit the bullet and bought a set of electronic ear muffs too.

I just order some Foliage Green furniture from Magpul. They're discontinuing the color and it's 30% off right now. I figure I'll probably paint them anyway.

Good heads up there. I didn't see any furniture I wanted, but grabbed some new phone covers for me and the younglin, a beanie, and a hat from the close out bin on the cheap.

I always liked the Magpul phone cases except for the greasy residue they always left on my phones

This is my 3rd one in two years, but I've gotten two new phones. They seem to grow some from pocket time but no where near as bad as the Otters do.

I haven't had that problem. I wash them with shampoo periodically to loose some of the stank.
