I think if they could develop one of these grills for the 2016 it might be nice. The one below is for a 2012+ Tacoma. Might tame down the large chrome on the TRDOR while giving a nice clean mount for some LED's.

Oh, and no trolls please. We all get it... the grill is big. Lets talk modifications that could tame it down a bit while adding some useful features.

Completely agree, put a good size light bar in a black grill would be sick. It will cut down on the overall size.

I honestly don't get all the grill hate. Sure it's bigger than the 2ng gen grille, but it looks to be smaller than the GM Twins' grilles and it's definitely smaller than the 2016 f150 and Ram grilles. Big grilles is just the trend right now. Three years from now, we'll be talking about how dated the 2nd gen's tiny grill is. /rant

The integrated light bar looks sweet, and I think it would sell really well. I'd personally rather have one in the area between the fog lights.

Could probably fit 50" inch in there don't you think?

The problem with this grill (for most) is the package is like $1300.

Grill is something like $500 and doesn't include the light bar.

    Exactly.

It's a Rigid product for a Rigid light bar, and Rigid money. There was a guy making similar design grills for the 2012-2015s but not sure whatever happened to it.
@SMKYTXN was running the prototype, not sure if that project is seeing production or not, but like all things Tacoma, I'm sure the aftermarket will fully support it in a year or so. Not to mention cottage manufacturers like HomerTaco and SMKYTXN.

@DBCustomzFab is still doing them. :D

Let me know if you want one, I can hook you up. As far as accessories for the '16? It's going to take a bit till manufacturers start cutting them up, but it'll happen.

Yep...this one looks good too, maybe even better. Are there any fabricators near Northern Nevada making them? I will let them cut up mine (when I get it) if it will look this sharp.

Howdy! I believe that was my first post in the "3rd" gen section. What has the world come too?

Why not just buy one and support your local TW vendors?

I actually like this one better. Having the light bar ever so slightly off from the edge makes such a big difference.

I would (and probably will) but there are not any for the 2016's yet. What I was trying to say was I would let a vendor like yourself cut up my 2016 once i get it to start getting a design going.

I guess I should pay attention a little more. I'm sure DB will get the ball rolling soon enough on the 16. He's been cranking out the new models lately. Just stay tuned, it'll happen.
