No, I am not trolling. I am in support of the 2016 Tacoma. You dont know what trolling is apparently. My comment to the other guy was for him to go to the 4 runner forum since he was complaining about the Tacoma.

 

Holy cow there's a lot of empty space under that hood.

 

White/cool white license plate lights are legal. What he is saying is any light that projects in the rear must be red or Amber (with the exception of the reverse lights since your vehicle will be moving in reverse the white/cool white light warns drivers of your direction)

 

Does a license plate light not project in the rear?

 

It projects downward, not backward. Whereas a broken tailight projects backward. So it would not be considered a white light to the rear.
