I went red because it easier on the eyes to transition back to the road, blue is obnoxious on my eyes at night.

I must be the only person who absolutely hates any light in my cab when I'm trying to drive at night

I dim the dash allllll the way down until its barely lit, turn the display of my head unit completely off, and leave anything with a light unplugged. I can't imagine a face full of blue LED's while trying to drive at night..

If its pitch black out its pretty easy to see a speedo when the dash is just barely lit up.. like I said.

I guess reading comprehension just isn't your thing.

I dim mine some, but with the factory red it doesn't really bother me too much. But when I rent a car, they all seem to have white dashes that I turn almost off at night.

Be careful, you're probably gonna run out gas unknowingly with your lights dimmed like that!

If mine go out I'll maybe swap them for some low power amber LED bulbs but I'll still end up dimming them all the way down I'm sure.

Nope they still make the ST Maxx. They even make the ST still I'm pretty sure. They stopped making the STT because of the STT Pro

    I do the same thing.

It's also why I chose red for my gauge cluster and climate control lights (as well as switched my HU to red display). Then I dim them down as much as possible.

That emblem, on that huge setting, in that ridiculous grill...

Now I think it looks like a WWF belt.

    And weird Lego bumper FTMFL.

My radio doesn't dim so I hang a piece of black out material off my back up camera monitor on the dash to block the light.
