Did you buy that mount or make it? If so, link?

How much did the material weigh altogether?

We have 1"thick, we call them teflons, but they are shaker box liners. I'm sure you could use TREX decking material. The flag pole mount is just a run of the mill Lowes flag pole mount. I used 1/2 x 13 carriage bolts, ground slightly to fit the bed rail and wing nuts. That's all.

I relocated the trailer harness into the place of one of the license plate lights this weekend. Fast and friendly mod to keep from ripping that sucker off when going off road. Unplugged it, drilled 2 holes, and slapped her into place in about 20 minutes!

Here's my $5 lighting fix for my bed. I purchased a two cheap flashlights from Lowes and then wrapped them in Velcro. I stuck a 2" piece of Velcro on the truck bed wall and boom, instant light holder. You can actually flip the light forward while on the Velcro and it lights everything up while you fish around under the cover...

Bought this "90 degree super strut" piece from home depot bed lined it and it makes a great cb antenna mount. Cost was me 2$

Just picked my 2013 dcsb Trd or up a couple weeks ago and since have joined this site!!! A lot of good ideas and good people too. So I couldn't find bars for the back of my truck the way I had designed in my head. Nor did I want to dish out a ton of money for something I was kinda alright with. So I decided to fabricate my own. Made out of 2" emt, mitered corners, scalloped pipes down to the tailgate. All joints were welded. I'm now in the process of buying a used tonneau cover and bolt it to the newly installed bars. Though not pictured: 50" auto feel led light bar, opt7 led head lights, 2 low profile 8" led back up lights (controlled by switch not lights), 2 - 4" led lights on bull bar in front and 2 - 4" flood led on bars in back ( on either side of light bar)
Ran number 6 awg wire from the battery to 2 150a terminal blocks from blue sea. Everything wired with 40 amp relays and illuminated rocker switches that come on when the head lights do. It's not completed yet but wires are run outside and in. I'm still waiting on 5 more lights. In total this truck with all lights on are almost 50,000 lumens

I'm not an expert by any means, but my guess would be the pic directly above the head-slapping post.

Whats wrong with it. I couldn't find anything I liked and tried fabricating one myself. I'm having a hard time understanding what's funny about this. I mean you got guys on here Velcro-ing flash lights to the beds of their trucks and act like it's an amazing feat of engineering. I fabricate my own bars and you guys act like you're at a comedy show
