    I'm more trying to get physically fit than I am trying to lose weight. But I am verging on the side of overweight according to my doc and the more muscle vs fat I have and the more cardio I do the less my heart has to work and the less likely I'll need surgery

    Also! Aired up my tires from 32psi to 40psi last weekend. MPG gains are looking good. Looks like I'll get about 50 more miles out of this tank that my usual average.
